  1. Do you have any small studio space for rent. I’m looking for 100 to 200 sqft. If so, how much?

    • We do have a spot or two opening up soon. What is your budget for a space? I’ll keep you updated as to when it becomes available.
      Thanks! christyjmitchell@gmail.com

    • Sharon,
There will be some spaces opening up soon. I’d love to know a couple of things, what’s your medium, and do you have a budget? There are a few different opportunities opening up in the building. Let me know if you are still on the hunt for a studio and if you’d like to come check it out,
      Thanks, Christy

  2. Hi I wanted to be apart of your small works art show but I didn’t have enough time. I went to the show on Saturday and loved it and the space.
Beth Robinson was a really great hostess/artist. I purchased two prints by W James which I am very pleased with.
I Hope that the S.P.A.C.E gallery will be offering more shows for the local artist like me.
    Thank you
    Kim

    • Kim, I’m so glad that you had a chance to drop in and you’re right, Beth is great! Wendy’s art has been very popular as well. Check in with us from time to time, as we will be having more group shows in the future. I was really pleased with the outcome of the current Small Works show and the quality of the work by local artists. Feel free to send me some pictures of your work, and I’ll let you know if there is a themed show that would be a good fit.
      Thanks, Christy

  3. greeting to all of you at s.p.a.c.e!
it’s been about 11 years since i left burlington. i’ve lost touch with what’s happening there, so i decided to google around and found your project. bravo!
i’ve been based in san francisco, since leaving vt, where i founded a space called the red poppy art house. check it out. i thought i would say hello. i’m always looking to make new connections with people forging creative spaces. keep sharing ideas. hopefully i’ll get up their to check your space out in person. i’m just home visiting family for the week. (about an hour south of burlington).
happy holidays to all of you.
    todd

    • Todd, That’s great! I’m glad you found us. I personally will be back in town on Monday, though if you get up to Burlington sooner, give us a try! There is often an artist working in the Space who would be glad to show you around. We’re having a great time being home to 12 working artist studios and an art gallery. Our last show was very successful and I believe we have found a niche showing the work of talented local artists, though we will be branching out nationally for certain shows in the future. Keep an eye on us, and let me know if you make in into B-town!
      Thanks, Christy
