This warehouse space is still being emptied out from its days as, well, a warehouse. The window you see in the back will be a garage door made up of windows to act as a loading dock, let in natural light, and to act as a coolant in the summer!

You can see in the back, an old office/storage area, which will be turned into a private studio with locking door. The space in the front, with the higher ceilings, will be divided up into ‘open air’ spaces, each with their own wall space and outlets.
The possibilities are endless.
